News Death Notice

BRADSHAW, Scott G. age 50 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 10:30AM. He was born in Cincinnati on May 21, 1963 to Robert Bradshaw and Genevie "Jenny" (Gilpin) Marcum. Scott was employed at Matandy Steel, and previously employed at Southwestern Ohio Steel. On June 30, 1984 in Hamilton he married Becky Turner. He was a member of Walden Ponds Community Church of the Nazarene. He was a man of many talents; he enjoyed home improvement projects, and working around the house. He loved the outdoors, and going on family vacations to the ocean. He enjoyed sports, especially playing softball. He loved his family very much. He is survived by his wife Becky Bradshaw of Hamilton; one son Tyler Bradshaw; his parents, Jenny (Bob) Marcum of Hamilton and Robert (Pat) Bradshaw of Maineville; two brothers, Jeff (Peggy) Bradshaw of Hamilton, Allen Bradshaw of Dayton; father in law Vernon (Sharon) Turner of Hamilton, and brother-in-law Lee (Beth) Turner of Hamilton; numerous neices, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Lucille Bradshaw. Funeral service will be held at Walden Ponds Church of the Nazarene, 6590 Walden Ponds Circle, on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 11AM with Rev. Harville Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013 from 5PM-8PM at the church. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Walden Ponds Church of the Nazarene. Condolences can be made at www.browndawsonflick.com
