Family-Placed Obituary
ADAMS, Theodore A. ''Ted'' Age 51, of Honokaa, Hawaii and formerly of Forest Park, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2005 at Jewish Hospital. He was born August 20, 1954 in Cincinnati the son of the late Ethan and Anna Helen (Nee Haas) Adams. Ted worked as a chef at Nick's Chops and Chasers in Cincinnati and at Edward's By the Sea Resort in Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia (Nee Cook) Adams; his sons: Christopher and Nathaniel Adams; his siblings: Robert (Sheilah) Adams, Sharon (Larry) Hofmann, Helen (Ron) Greene, and the late Geraldine Adams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at St. John Church, 9080 Cincinnati Dayton Hwy., West Chester. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Pavilion On The Green on the church grounds. The Webster Funeral Home, 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield is serving the family. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to an education fund for Ted's sons in care of the funeral home, or to the charity of one's choice.
