News Death Notice

PATRICK, Tony 42, of Middletown, OH, died Friday, July 31, 2009, at his residence. He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on April 26, 1967. He was a loving husband, son and father who loved to garden, enjoyed nature and was an avid music fan. Mr. Patrick is survived by his wife, Amy (Jones) Patrick, a son, Austin Patrick, a daughter, Bryanna Patrick, his mother, Glenda Patrick Cook, a brother, Terry Cook, Jr., a sister, Kristi (Bobby) Kraft and mother-in-law, Cornelia Jones and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Tony was preceded in death by his grandmother Sylvania Reedy. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00-12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park. Please sign the guest book online at WilsonSchrammSpaulding.com
