Daniel Chalk, Jr., 54, Ponchatoula, also known as "Chuck," died on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025.
Services will be held in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 S. I-12 Service Rd, Ponchatoula, LA 70454, on Saturday, Oct. 4; Rosary at 10:30 a.m.;visitation from 11:00 a.m-12:30 p.m with funeral dervice at 12:30 pm, followed by funeral-reception.
