Aaron Roy Swartz, age 36, of Harrison passed away Wednesday, July 29 (2009) at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
The son of Richard Swartz and Debra (Eddings) Barron was born Aug. 22, 1972, in Harrison.
Aaron was a good Christian man who adored his children. He was kindhearted and was respected and loved by everyone who knew him. He enjoyed the outdoors and was in the construction business.
His brother, Todd Swartz, preceded him in death, along with his grandfather, George Eddings; his grandparents, Roy and Willie Swartz; and his grandfather, Darrell Barron.
Survivors are his wife, Brenda (Tibbie) Swartz of the home; his children, Shelby Swartz, Christopher Hanks, McKenzie Swartz, Ethan Swartz and Abigail Swartz, all of the home; his father and step-mother, Richard and Dodie Swartz of Oklahoma; his mother and step-father, Debra and John Barron of Omaha; three brothers, Anthony Swartz of Harrison, Nathan Swartz of Yellville and Bradley Barron of Springdale; a sister, Sheri Roe of Harrison; and grandmothers, Hazel Eddings of Harrison and Rosemary Barron of Yellville.
Visitation will be open during business hours at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1 (2009) at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Terry Eddings officiating.
Burial will be in Gass Cemetery with pallbearers being Anthony Swartz, Nathan Swartz, Bradley Barron, Danny Tibbie, Paul Barron, David Tanksley and Mark Hodge.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Jackson in CCU at Washington Regional and Dr. Oakhill with the Highlands Oncology Team, both located in Fayetteville, along with Stacy Richardson.
