Tracy Michelle Sutterfield, 53, a resident of Harrison, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 22 (2023) at her home.
She was born on Dec. 25, 1969, in Harrison; her parents were Walter Bub and Thelma Jean Tennison Snow.
She attended the Hasty Holiness Church and enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family, especially her grandbabies. She had worked for several years as a waitress and cook at her mother's diner, but the job she loved most was babysitting her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Twana Breedlove; and her biological father, Richard Lewis.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Danny Sutterfield, of Harrison; two sons, Adam Sutterfield, of Alpena, and Lane Snow, of Harrison; a daughter, Tabatha Lee, of Mountain Home; seven grandchildren, Brodie, Kayson, Addilynn, Taylee, Hazel and Traci Jane Sutterfield, all of Alpena, and Camden Chase, of Mountain Home; a sister, Missy Sutterfield (David) of Green Forest; uncle, Guy "Pete" Tennison, of Sparta, Missouri; aunt, Nadine Horn, of Pindall; her best friend, Janine Thibodeaux (Bill) of Forsyth, Missouri; nieces, Santana Breedlove, of Western Grove, Shelbi Cain, of Green Forest, and Rayna Meyer, of Missouri; cousins, Tina Burdine, of Springfield, Missouri, Tibitha Freeman, of Branson, Missouri, Melissa O'Dell and Jackie Adams, both of Pyatt, Janette Haynes, of Russellville, and Frank Surber (Gator) of Everton; and other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at Holt Memorial Chapel with Brother Kevin Cowan officiating. Burial will be at Sand Hill Cemetery at Yardelle under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Adam Sutterfield, Lane Snow, Dusty Still, Buddy Freeman, Tony Breedlove and Brodie Sutterfield. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Fout, Cody Plumlee, and Daniel and Kayson Sutterfield.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, at the funeral home.
