Albert P. Aldi Jr., 60, of Bristol, husband of Christine (Perzanowski) Aldi, died on Thursday (January 8, 2004) at home. Mr. Aldi was born in New Britain on April 1, 1943 and was a son of the late Albert P. Aldi Sr. and Rose (Forino) Aldi. He formerly resided in Southington and Plainville before moving to Bristol 15 years ago. He graduated from Cheshire Academy, attended Fairfield University, and worked in civil engineering and surveying for 35 years. He was a member of St. Anthony Church, Bristol. In addition to his wife, Mr. Aldi is survived by two sons and daughters in law, Nicholas and Marci Aldi and Bert and Michelle Aldi, all of Bristol; two sisters, Joan Aldi and Rosemarie VanNess, both of Southington; a grandson, Jacob Mark Aldi; his special pal, Roscoe; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 12, at 9 a.m. from Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, to St. Anthony Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
