Alice Stern Obituary
STERN, Alice H. Alice H. Stern of Woodland Street, Hartford, beloved wife of the late Walter Stern, passed away peacefully on Sunday (December 11, 2005) at Harborside Healthcare in West Hartford, CT. Alice was born in Germany, lived in London during World War II, and immigrated to the US after the war. Alice worked for many years at the Aetna Insurance Company. She will be lovingly remembered by her friends, cousins and their families. At her request, a private funeral was held at the Tikvoh Chadoshoh cemetery in Windsor. Donations, in her memory, may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
