HERNANDEZ, Angel M. (Junior)
On December 13, 2012, Angel M. (Junior) Hernandez, age 58, passed away. Born in Hartford, he was predeceased by his parents, Angel M. Hernandez and Olga H. Perez; sister, Carmen Hernandez; brothers Raphael, Efrain, and Richard Hernandez; he leaves his wife of 18 years, Patty Diaz Hernandez; sons John Richard, Ralph E., Victor Diaz; and daughter Valarie Ortega; brother Juan Hernandez; and four grandchildren. Junior was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a generous, kind man.
Services will be held at DeLeon Funeral Home in Hartford. The wake will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 5-9 p.m., funeral services will be on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. at DeLeon funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount St. Benedict cemetery in Bloomfield.

Patty - I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved. Please know that he is still with you, just in a different way. I will always be grateful that Junior took the time to bring "Ralphie" to my Efrain's memorial service. I'm sure Efrain and Junior have met up in the beyond and are continuing with one of their never ending "discussions". May you find peace in knowing that you were truely loved and that love will never end.
