Oh, here is one of the most extraordinary people it has ever been my great fortune to know! Anna was a student in my spring semester art history class my first year teaching, at Keene State College, 1966. Her quiet intelligence and deep perceptivity are only some of the qualities that distinguished her. I will return to say more, but want to say how special it is for me to have gotten to know her two wonderful daughters and, through them, to gain insights into some of their mothers struggles and special qualities. Anna, goodbye for now. I love you.

Early in my career at NU I worked with Anna and will remember her as a very smart lady who always wanted to share a lot of her knowledge. She was a very gracious and kind lady.

I remember Anna fondly as a colleague at Northeast Utilities and as a subscriber to the New Britain Repertory Theatre. She also introduced me to e-mail at home. She was a thoughtful, caring and smart person.
