I was a friend of Nona since 1942. That was certainly a long time. I Visited her in Farmington several times, often at her birthday parties.

I'm so sorry that I'm a day late in learning of her funeral. I would have been in Avon yesterday had I known.

Anona was a friend of mine when we were both in the Simsbury Singles. Dick Stahl served with me on the Board. Anona and I kept in touch for all these many years. More recently it was for coffee at Starbucks in Avon, CT. We also kept in touch via eMail. I am saddened by her death and hope she is at rest. I will miss our times together. I am sorry to not be with you on the 29th because I am in PA with my family for the Christmas holiday. Otherwise, I would be there. She is a My sympathy to you all. Johanna Audolensky of Granby, CT
