Mike, May you find peace in the fond memories of your father.

Buddy had a true love for Portland, his church and Portland Company 2. I learned many things from him at the fire department that I have used throughout my career.

RIP BUDDY

Buddy was a selfless man. He saved my father's life on a few occasions as he lived right around the corner from us and was always the first person to respond. He also saw my dad fall off the side of the embankment at the river in his wheelchair while doing dishes at his home one day and was able to get the help needed to get him back up the embankment. You will be missed Buddy.

Sincere condolences to Buddy's family and friends.
Buddy was a "take charge" kind of guy even in grammar school. Recall him at St Mary's carrying his sister to receive communion; he was a proud brother and protector at young age.
Our lives are indeed enriched by his even brief encounter touching our lives.

I met Buddy and his family when they first came to Portland and lived on Freestone Avenue. His sister Gloria and I were good friends as seniors in High School. I loved his whole family and I have wonderful memories of that time. I was happy to see Buddy again at St. Mary´s Church when I would attend Mass there. Rest In Peace Buddy - you were one in a million and will be very much missed.

Michael and Family
I´m so sorry for your loss. Gosh, I´ve known your dad since grammar school. He used to drive Judy and me to #chool in his Merc. We had many great times in the neighborhood and I´ll bet there was a huge picnic when Buddy arrived at the pearly gates. Buddy, Rest In Peace among all the ones who passed before you.
