Mr. Thayer was one of my favorite patients. Even being ill, he was kind, pleasant and with a sense of humour. I will never forget the thoughtfullness of the flowers he bought me for visits that were really my pleasure. It was nice to have seen his calender filled with pictures of his grandchildren and hearing some of his happiest memories :)
He will be missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

We will all miss you, Dad. Rest in peace, without pain or discomfort, and fly with the eagles, dad. I love you.
