I’m blessed to have had Carroll in my life - first as a boss, then a mentor & most preciously, a dear friend. His calm demeanor with which he dealt, analyzed & resolved complex issues was amazing - that too with a charming smile! He made you believe that you solved it, but came to realization much later that it was him! A true mentor - that I’m trying to emulate in my own small way. I also know I’m not alone in saying this.

I’m convinced that when God takes away such souls, he has a much greater plan and purpose - change people’s lives even more deserving that us!
