My thoughts and prayers are with the rest of the family and friends. I'm sorry I cannot make the funeral in person. I remember going through the stacks of pictures of all the trips as a child. He was always so excited to share.
My love to all.

The obituary says it all. Mr. Chase was amazing ... 90 years old and still doing his yard work - Stevens Street will not be the same with out Stan and Cecil conversing about their lawns....
Mrs. Chase and Kathy please know that my family's thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
