Chuck - I was sorry to hear that your Dad passed away. He was very kind to my father and my whole family during a very difficult time. I never really knew another practicing attorney growing up and when your Dad represented me during that infamous car accident you, Jack, and I had on Hopmeadow Street, I sat in your Dad's office and thought "I can do this," and asked him about his work etc, and since I was heading off to Georgetown, he said "of course, you can be a lawyer; get good grades." In reading his obituary, I regret having never heard him play the sax. He was a good person and definitely proud of all of his children. Send me a note some time - [email protected]

I am very sorry for your loss. Your father was an incredibly accomplished person and a leader in an era of Simsbury's history.
Hope you are comforted by the fact that your father lived such a very full life.
Best.
