KASELOUSKAS, Clarice "Peggy"
Clarice "Peggy" Kaselouskas, 74, of Enfield, CT passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 31, 2013 at Hartford Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on October 19, 1938 in Hartford, CT, she was employed by G Fox as lead security detective for many years and later worked at Barnes Aerospace. In her leisure time she enjoyed camping, cruises, days at the beach, winning dance contests "Miss Margaritaville", vacations to Florida, trying to hit it big at the casino and spoiling her dogs. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with family, including her 9 grandchildren who were so dear to her. She will always be remembered by her bright eyes, her fun loving spirit and generous heart. Everyone that stepped foot in her home was family; welcomed with a beautiful smile and sent off with a full belly. She was predeceased by Charles Kaselouskas, her husband of 50 years, parents Theodore and Florence Hansen, and brothers Robert and Ted. She is survived by her brother Hank and several other siblings. She leaves her memories with the lights of her life; her 6 children, Chuck and his wife Mary of E Longmeadow Mass, John and his wife Brenda of Enfield, Mike and his wife Beth of Suffield, Steven and his wife Jill of Suffield, Brian and his girlfriend Danielle of Enfield, and her "baby girl" Sharon of Springfield. She was especially grateful for the unselfish acts of love and sacrifices given by her son Brian who held her hand every step of the way through daily challenges.
Relatives and friends may gather with her family during calling hours on Wednesday (Sept. 4, 2013) from 4-8 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. The funeral procession will form on Thursday morning (Sept. 5, 2013) at 9 a.m. at the funeral home to St. Patrick Church for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in the Hazardville Cemetery in Enfield. Memorial donations may be made to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd Newington, CT 06111. Dear Kaselouskas family,
So very sorry to hear of your beautiful Mom's passing. I have many memories of her and Charlie when I was younger. Maybe Peggy can cut my Dads (Harry) hair in Heaven! Take care and let your precious memories of her keep you strong. Karen Croxford Sulzinski

To my cousins and their families, please accept my condolences. Aunt Peggy was a strong and fun loving spirit who gave me great memories that were usually coupled with laughter. My heart goes out to you as you adjust to your great loss. I will never forget our cruise together, the lemo chello, Peggy posing for pictures, the dinners together. I'll never forget when I was a teenager when we were all camping, I was so sunburned and she was the one to give me the cooling Noxema to ease the pain only later to have her (and your) camp site toilet papered. It was a site! She had a great sense of humor, a huge heart and lived for her family. I will miss her. God Bless and may your heavy hearts heal quickly. Love, Judi (Jon, Nick and Amanda Luther)

We were so very sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I know how very sick she was.
I have many, many fond memories of Clarice, from her perfectly matched outfits to the unbelievable amount of food she could get in the refridgerator in the cafeteria.
