ABRAMS, David S. David S. Abrams, 45, of Burlington, husband of Eden (Palmisano) Abrams, died Saturday, (March 19, 2005) at home. Mr. Abrams was born April 27, 1959 in Bristol and was a son of Robert and Estelle (Sisken) Abrams. He was a 1978 graduate of Bristol Central High School, and was a member of the Farmington Valley Synagogue , UNICO, and the New England Association of Chiefs of Police. For the past eleven years he has owned Bob's Chalet Ski Shop, a business his father started 31 years ago. In addition to his wife and parents Mr. Abrams is survived by a daughter: Chloe Abrams, and a son: Elijah Abrams, both of Burlington; his maternal grandmother: Sadie Sisken of Fairfield, a sister and brother-in-law: Sherry and Samuel Grubbs of Houston, TX; a brother-in-law and his wife: Cory and Sue Palmisano of Bristol; a sister-in-law and her husband: Belinda and Bill Gonsalves of Bristol; nieces and nephews: Samuel Grubbs, C. J., Alicia, and Nicholas Palmisano, and Mark, Kristy, and Brendan Gonsalves; and his mother-in-law: Marian Palmisano of Bristol. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 22, 1 p.m., at the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, with Rabbi Howard Herman officiating. Burial will follow in Peacedale Cemetery, Bristol. The family will observe Shiva at his parent's home, 41 Summerberry Circle, Bristol, on Tuesday following the burial and on Wednesday and Thursday, March 23 and 24, from 2-8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Chloe and Elijah Abrams Education Fund, C/O Farmington Savings Bank, Broad Street, Bristol, CT 06010. www.funkfuneralhome.com
