Diane Sideravage

1947 - 2014

Diane Sideravage, 66, of Agawam, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Springfield, MA on September 4, 1947, daughter of the late Justin and Marguerite (Buiniskas) Sideravage, and grew up in Enfield. Diane later moved to Agawam where she resided until her passing. Diane cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. Her favorite pastime was gardening and would be content to "dig in the dirt forever." Diane loved to vacation on the bay of Cape Cod. She took delight in a good cup of coffee and a fresh bag of chips. She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters Justine Morin and Brittany McGregor and her husband James; four adored grandchildren, Cody Morin, Diane McGregor, Mia McGregor, Avamarie Morin Campbell; three sisters, Phyllis Bouthillier and her husband Thomas, Charlotte Cardona and her husband Cruz, Carol Javorski and her husband Paul; a brother, William Sideravage and his wife Patricia; her best friend, Sally Lepage; and her most loved companion, her dog Michael. Her family wishes to thank the oncology team at Baystate Medical Center especially Leeanne Feeny and Julia Almeida for their kind and compassionate care. Her family will receive friends on Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 3-6 p.m. at Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home, 1816 Poquonock Ave., in the Poquonock Section of Windsor. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday in St. Joseph Cemetery in Poquonock.
