Doris C. Royce

Doris C. Royce died peacefully at her home on Friday, April 17, 2015, just 5 days short of her 89th Birthday, of natural causes. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts to Alfred and Regina Cyr, she spent her childhood living near St. Anne's Church in Hartford, Connecticut. She married George C. Royce in 1943 and raised 4 children in South Windsor while working as a Real Estate Agent and an electronics inspector at Hamilton Standard (United Technologies) in Windsor Locks, CT. She retired to California where she lived for 22 years before moving to Florida. She is survived by her husband of 72 years and all 4 children; George Royce, Jr. of Nevada, Michael Royce of Connecticut, Steven and Wendy Royce of New Hampshire, and Nancy and Marc Hill of Florida. She also leaves behind 5 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. No services have been scheduled.
