Edward J. Adametz Jr.

ADAMETZ, Edward J. Jr. Edward J. Adametz, Jr., 76, of Candlewood Hill Rd., Higganum, husband of the late Mary (Perruccio) Adametz, died Wednesday, (December 1, 2004) at High View Health Care Center in Middletown. He was born in Middletown, the son of the late Edward and Florence (Svec) Adametz. Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as a maintenance supervisor. Mr. Adametz was a member of the B.P.O. Elks #771. He is survived by his son, Edward Adametz, III and his wife Sandra of Higganum; his sister, Julianne Goff of Higganum; two grandchildren, Mary and Edward Adametz, IV; his godchild, Linda Goff-Carlson of East Haddam; and his long time companion and friend, Sophie Lohneiss of Middletown. Funeral services are private and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Evergreen Cemetery, Killingworth. There are no calling hours.
