Dear Colleen,
I just heard the news this morning and I am so sorry for you and all the family.
I have thought of you every time I've driven down River Rd. and wondered how you and Ricky were doing?
I remember when we were at Mercy and we made the connection that I lived on South Street and was in school with Roy. When I was 5 their mother called and invited me to their house and we played KERPLUNK. Funny how that stuck in my mind and then you & I became friends so many years later.
There's nothing I can say to ease your pain, but I will be praying for you and hoping you find comfort.
With Sympathy

Colleen and family, My family sends their condolences to you all at this difficult time. I fondly remember seeing Rick cheering at baseball games when Mike and Matt were younger. He was never without a smile and was always encouraging the team on. May he rest in peace and watch over you all.

It's been a long time my childhood friend. I have often thought about the things we did toghether, trapping Muskrats, skeet shooting with Randy at the Cromwell game club, setting up that Boxing ring and slugging it out down on River Road, playing football, the cardboad sleds we would create so we could slid in the snow, the treefort we built and rope swing behind the house on School Street.
I always hoped you and your family were doing well my friend. You will be missed but not forgotten.

Ricky, I will always remember my time with you at State Wide Narcotics. You were a true inspiration from the first time I met you in 1989 as a new constable in Old Lyme. Rest in peace my friend. I will remember your energy and excitement.
