Frances Jackson

1937 - 2022

Frances Biardi Jackson passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022. She was born July 15, 1937 to the late Carlo and Irene (Bellingeri) Biardi. She attended St. Mary's Catholic School, Our Lady of Angels Academy, and then the University of Bridgeport. She met her husband, J.B. (Bill) Jackson while he was stationed at Westover Air Force Base, married, and then made their home in Windsor Locks, CT. Frances worked for over 20 years at the Dexter Corporation as an Accountant. She was heavily involved in the youth community volunteering at local school sporting events, and along with her husband, Bill, was instrumental in the start-up and support for fledgling Windsor Locks sport leagues. Frances is survived by her son David Jackson (Pamela), daughter Lynn Breiner (Walter), son Kevin Jackson (Linda), 14 grandchildren, and additionally 12 great grandchildren. Beside her husband, Bill, Frances is predeceased by her son Jon Jackson and daughter Sheila Walker. Services and celebration of life will be private.
