Francis D. Ouellette

Francis D. Ouellette, 73, of East Windsor, beloved husband of Marie "Howe" Ouellette passed away suddenly on Monday, December 19, 2022, in the arms of his wife, at his home. Born May 13, 1949, in Caribou, ME son of the late Renee and Delina (Rossignol) Ouellette. He grew up in Maine and after his schooling he entered the service, serving with the US Army during the Vietnam War. After the war, he started working in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning field. He eventually opened his own business and was very successful for over 40 years before he retired. Besides his wife, Marie, he is survived by two sons, Timothy Ouellette and his wife, Andrea of Bolton, and Theodore "TJ" Ouellette. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many siblings, nieces, and nephews. His family will receive friends on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 1-4 PM at Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor concluding with military honors at 4:00 PM.
