Gary A. Kelly

Gary A. Kelly, 61 of Cromwell, CT died unexpectedly at home Wednesday (Feb 1). Born in Meriden, growing up in Berlin and residing in Cromwell for the past several years. Gary was a 1979 graduate of Berlin High School. He was a US Air Force Veteran and reservist attached to the 439th Tactical Airlift Wing as an Avionics Technician servicing C-130 Hercules aircraft. He was formerly employed at Southern New England Telephone Co./AT&T as a Cable Lineman until his retirement and then employed by Home Depot. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in East Berlin, CT. Gary was predeceased by his father James F Kelly Jr. Surviving him are his mother Murielle F. Kelly of Berlin and Indiatlantic, FL; four brothers Patrick and Nancy of Massachusetts; James the 3rd and Georgia of Berlin; Timothy of Berlin; Sean and Flora of Florida; several nieces and nephews; several grand nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for Gary on Wednesday February 15th at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 48 Cottage Street, East Berlin.
