Dear Guertin Family: I have fond memories of Mr. Guertin when we met in Asylum Hill where he owned a number of apartment buildings. I was the District Commander of the Asylum Hill Police District at the time. Mr. Guertin was an advocate for his tenants and for a safe neighborhood. May he rest in peace and may fond memories comfort you as you remember a life well lived.

I remember Mr. Guertin when I was a housing professional in the 1980's. He owned/managed real estate in Hartford. He was courteous and friendly, a good person to deal with. May he rest in peace and God bless the family.
