On behalf of myself and my family, I would sincerely express to you my deepest sympathy for the loss of oncle Gerard.
To you Barbara and your family (Gaetan, Dean and Sonya), to my cousin Raymond and your family (Raymond Jr.and Christina) and oncle Gerard's wife, Hilda our thoughts and prayers arre with you. We went to church last night (saturday) and our prayers were for you (mon oncle and his family).
I do apologize for not being able to attend mon oncle's funeral. I sincerely feel guilty about this. As you know, mon oncle Gerard always made it to Maine for such occasions and without ever saying a word, like it's too far or I don't have the time. He was a great man, easy to speak with and it was always a pleasure to visit with him when he came to Maine. I will truly miss his yearly visits.
Again Barbara, Raymond and Hilda, I do want to say that I'm sorry for not being able to come to New Britain to attend mon Gerard's funeral.

WITH DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND SORROW,

Jacqueline Dufour Moreau and family (Fern, Nicole and Chantal)

p.s. Monday I'll be sending a donation to the American Society Memorials on behalf of my uncle Gerard
