Gilberte Legault Obituary
Gilberte "Jill" Legault, 89, has been reunited with her beloved late husband Roland into eternal rest on Friday, January 19, 2018. Jill was born in Montreal, Canada on April 19, 1928 to the late Joseph and Rosa (Dandurand) Kirouac. Jill is survived by her sons, Steven and his wife Dana Legault, Wayne and Barbara Legault, Thomas Legault, Robert and Holly Legault; daughters, Diane and her husband John Nelson, Janice and Michael West, Jacqueline and Thomas Hirth; grandchildren Christopher and Jennifer Nelson, Robin and Jeff Beauchemin, Rachel Legault, Jason and Miranda Legault, Jennifer and Ben Brierley, Justin Albert and Vanessa Brown, Jillian and Kevin Gabryel, Jessica and James Jianaces, Amber and Brandon Yannone, RJ Legault, Kristen and Isaac Martinez; 12 great grandchildren; sister in law Marcel Kirouac and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their gratitude to Vitas' hospice care givers and a special thanks to her live-in companion for her caring and compassion. Calling hours are being held at Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, South Windsor, CT on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 4 to 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled at Saint Mother Teresa Of Calcutta, St. Bridget Campus, in Manchester at 10 am on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Rocky Hill. Donations in Jill's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association, CT Chapter or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
