Harriet Farney Obituary

Harriet A. (Feldman) Farney, 89, of Tolland, wife of the late Clifford F. Farney, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 16, 1933, in Rockville; a daughter of the late John and Flora (Moser) Feldman. Her true love in life was her faith and family. She was a faithful member of the Apostolic Christian Church for 74 years.

Harriet is survived by her daughter, Anne Gerber and her husband Loren; four grandchildren, Daniel Gerber (Elisabeth), Sarah Gudeman (Brandon), Jared Fehr, and Michael Fehr; three great-grandchildren, Micah, Jesse and Ashlyn Gudeman, and her sister, Aline Bahler. She was predeceased by her husband, parents, two children, Dane Farney and Amber Fehr, and her sister Lois Ann Bahler.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 9 to 10 a.m. with a service at 10:15 a.m. at the Apostolic Christian Church, 34 Middle Butcher Road, Ellington. Burial will take place in the Ellington Center Cemetery. Memorial donations in Harriet's memory may be made to the Apostolic Christian LifePoints, 2073 Veterans Road, Morton, IL 61550.
