Dear John and Family,
Your Mom was such a special lady! I was lucky to have worked with her in Avon. She was always talking about you, your family and her special Granddaughter, her niece and grandniece in FL. Despite her aches and pain in growing older, she was alwys cheerful, happy and perservered. She was a wonderful lady and surly will be missed by all who knew her. You and yours and in my heart and prayers.

What a beautiful friend and special person that Harriet was. We worked together at the brokerage firm where she met Joe and they married. I was in the wedding with Carolyn Canapari. I remember when you were born, John. They were so happy with your arrival. Both your parents were great people and cared about others and each other! I am so sorry for your loss, John. We lost touch after I thought Harriet was moving in with you. So many times I had thought of her. Mary Alexander, East Hartford, CT

Harriet and I reconnected at our 50th reunion at OLA and it was oh so short a time.
If only we had more words to share but how blessed we were to have the time given to us.
A lovely woman and I'll miss her words but I'm comforted in just knowing her in my life.
My love to her son and family and I will keep her in my thoughts and mist of all Prayers.

Oh, I am so sorry for the loss of such a dear friend.
I thank God we had a short time to rekindle our days together as classmates at our 50th.
Emailing was such FUN and a great way to keep in touch being we live far away.
May she REST IN PEACE.

Dear John I am shocked and deeply saddened about your mom's passing. We were high school roommates. I loved her and we visited during our 50th reunion. We kept in touch via email. She was so proud of you. My most sincere condolences Kathy Huebner

I had the privilege of working with Harriet at Advest in Hartford and later on at Stifel Nicolaus in Avon. Harriet was a very kind and generous person who will be missed by many. She is at peace and reunited with her husband Joe in Heaven. May you rest in peace my dear friend.

My dear friend Harriet - you left us too soon . . . your smile, your generosity, your quick wit are only a few of so many things that create a beautiful memory of you. You have touched so many people with your kindness and your knowledge of Life. Recipes - you loved to collect recipes, plus you would prepare wonderful meals. Day trips - there was always a place to re-visit or a new place to see. Reading - you would read anything and everything - you loved to read; 1 1/2 books a night, at least! and your memory was amazing - you just always remembered. Pictures - you always surrounded yourself with pictures of your love ones. I met you so many years ago at Pier 1, and that was only the beginning which I am so pleased and with respect to say our friendship grew into an everlasting one. Thoughts of you will always be with kindness, caring, consideration, fun-loving, your tender smile and with respect and love. Thank you Harriet for being in my life, and thank you for our friendship - forever you will be with me. You are with Peace. Your dear friend, Hannah
