Henrietta Hein Obituary

HEIN, Henrietta (Hank) Henrietta (Hank) Hein, 76, of Bristol, widow of Hubert J. Hein, died Sunday (September 23, 2007), at Countryside Manor, Bristol. Mrs. Hein was born August 9, 1931 in Bronx, NY. She was the daughter of the late Henry & Lydia (Freier) Hank. For many years she worked at her husband's pharmacy in Bristol. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Terryville since 1935, the church fellowship, the choir, the crafters of the church and also taught Sunday school for 17 years. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, crocheting, handicrafts, and flower arranging. She also enjoyed her many trips to the casino and Saratoga. She leaves, her son and daughter in law, Hubert and Lori Hein of Nashua, NH; two daughters and sons in law, Nancy and David Shaw of Bristol and Laurie & Donald Straceski of Unionville; 6 Grandchildren who she loved to be with, Kim and Todd Straceski, Chris, Greg, Danny and Megan Hein; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many close friends. Funeral services will be held Friday 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Terryville. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Terryville. Friends may call at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville Thursday from 5 -7 p.m. The family greatly appreciates the loving care she received at Countryside Manor.
