MARTINELLI, Henry E. "Hank" Henry E. "Hank" Martinelli, 71, died unexpectedly Wednesday, (July 19, 2006) at New Britain General Hospital. He was the husband of 50 years to Elizabeth "Betty" (Andruskiewicz) Martinelli. Born in New Britain, Hank was the son of the late John and Aurelia (Baraglia) Martinelli. Henry retired from B & F Design where he was as a draftsman, he was a veteran having served with the U.S. Marines during the Korean War, an avid golfer, a fan of UCONN and CCSU basketball, a season ticket holder of Connecticut Sun and a big fan of the Boston Red Sox. In addition to his loving wife Betty he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Sally Feldman and her husband Ken of Massachusetts, Lisa McKeon and her husband Dan of Kensington; a son and "Best Friend" Joseph Martinelli of Berlin; two sisters Gloria Carob and her husband Richard, Ida "Marti" Witt and her husband Frank; two brothers and a sister-in-law Norman Martinelli, Stanley and Lorraine Martinelli; three grandchildren Maria, Michael and Mario Amenta; two brothers-in-law Thomas and Annie Andruskiewicz, John and Maureen Stankiewicz; two step-grandchildren Scott and Brian Feldman, many nieces and nephews and his precious Siberian Husky "Daisy". Henry was predeceased by a son John Martinelli; a brother Joseph and three sisters Mary, Loretta and Jane. Friends and family may call Saturday, July 22, from 8-10 a.m. at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Kensington. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Paul's Church, followed by burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
