I met Dr.G in the early '80s when I worked for my father who was also in The Breakfast Club. A wonderful individual, a good friend and a great vet. We shall all miss him. May he rest in peace.

I was stunned to learn of Jim's passing. Seems as if he has been my friend forever, along with "Meach" Francis, who died last fall. Jim and I roomed together at UCONN and he was my best man when my wife and I were married in 1962. May Jim rest in peace, knowing that he is missed and was loved by countless people from Winsted, CT; Kansas City; and Colorado. You will forever remain in my memory and in my heart, dear friend.

Both my husband & I have very fond memories of Dr. Jim who we saw many times over the 12 years we had our Golden Retriever "Max". I know that Dr. Jim will definitely be missed by many.

Saddened to hear of Dr. G's passing. He was a larger than life guy with a heart of gold and a laugh that was contagious. He was our vet for many years and we thought so much of him! My condolences to his family. There is a bright jewel lost to us but gained in heaven.

Jim longed for a world in which all people were treated with the same care and kindness that he treated his animal patients.

We were so saddened to hear of Jim´s passing. Know that we are thinking of you and the family and sending good vibes heavenward. Remembering good times spent at our campsite and dinners in town in Pagosa. Take care of yourself too.

Dr. G was our vet from the `70s to the present. He laughed with us and cried with us when caring for our fur-babies over the years. He will be greatly missed. Our condolences to all who loved him.
