Jennifer Marcia Lalor, 65, of Windsor, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 21, 2022. Born in Kingston, Jamaica on December 30, 1956, daughter of the late Delroy Owens and Ida (Lumbley) Cargill, she was raised in Kingston by her Godmother, Myrtle Wilson and had lived in Windsor since 1992. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband of 25 years, Seymour A. Lalor; two children, Byron Elliott and his wife Ruth-Ann and Stacy A. Lalor; five stepchildren; two grandchildren; 12 siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Delroy Owens, Jr. and Patrick Owens; and a stepdaughter, Marsha Lalor. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, November 19, 9-10 a.m., followed by a Homegoing Service at 10 a.m., at Pentecostal Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 249 Newfield Ave., Hartford.
