What an absolutely Wonderful Man and Gentleman. Met Jerome in freshman civics class and became friends. I would often see Jerome jogging near downtown Hartford. He lived down the hall from me in the 70's. my sincere condolence to the Reed Family.

Jerome, you were always an outgoing guy, a credit to the upbringing of your parents. Still remember the days when you would come by the house on your bike and we would talk about school and our classmates. My condolences to your family. I had the pleasure of having him in my home room and graduating with him from Hartford Public High in 1969. He was always wearing a smile and had a great laugh that I will never forget. On occasion we would cross paths in a local store and it was nice to see him and chat awhile. My thoughts and prayers are with the Reed family for their loss.

Jerry was a solid friend, he will be missed by so many.

I was always excited to hear from you and I knew it would be a great time to sit and chat about everything with a really cool dude.
I can't go to our hangout restaurants anymore without you.
