John Foran Obituary
John Joseph Foran, age 86, passed away on October 24, 2015 at his home in Norfolk, VA. "Jack" was born on September 12, 1929 in Hartford, CT. A 1955 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he met and married Patricia Legge of Cheshire, CT, that same year. Jack is predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Ellen (Fitzgerald) Foran, and his siblings Maurice, Mary, Donald, David, Nicholas, Thomas, and James. He is survived by Pat, his wife of 59 years, their five children, five grandchildren, and legions of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Jack's memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (https://www.michaeljfox.org/).
