I was very sad to learn of John's passing. He was a great mentor to me as a young EBR. He always went the "extra mile" to help the field representatives and we all benefited by his counsel and his wonderful wit. I will miss him very much.

So many happy memories about John. He constantly proved that you don't have to be a stuffed shirt to be a very effective leader. I'll never forget John and the many nice things that he did for me and for all of us. John was one of the "good guys" in the Home Office that we knew would be there for us when we needed him.
