Susan
I recently learned about the passing of your husband. I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my husband Michael shortly after, in November 2021. Life is hard without him. Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you.

Dear Sue - I worked with Joe back in the early `80´s in Group Marketing. He was one of the nicest guys I´ve ever known. One of my fondest memories of him was when I was doing some consulting after my daughter was born and I brought her into the office while I attended a meeting. When I emerged from the meeting, there was Joe squatted down in front of her stroller tickling her foot, both of them smiling and laughing. One of the sweetest scenes ever, and so typical of him. I am so glad to have known him and send you my deepest sympathy at his passing.

Truly heartbreaking to hear the news about one of the greatest role models I have had the opportunity to grow up around. Uncle Joe was a great man. I always enjoyed visiting as a kid not only to see my cousins, but to enjoy breakfast the next morning that Uncle Joe would cook up for everyone in the house. He stood there for hours it seemed making sure everyone got fed. He was always in a good mood and smiling. He was the kind of man you wanted to grow up and be like. Uncle Joe played a big role in my life as a young man and will be missed dearly.

Joe was one of the nicest and kind individuals in the Class of 1968 at Northwest Catholic. He was a true gentleman in every respect, and will be missed by all who knew him. My deepest sympathies to his family.

We are so very sad to hear of Joe's passing. We can still remember all the good times at CIGNA (then CG), including volley ball games after work. Joe and Sue together were some of the nicest, kindest people you could ever meet. May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
