My condolences to Joe´s family,I´m deeply sorry for your loss I have work with Joe for twenty eight years if you ever heard him talk about Marcy he always make sure I´m ok ,when he retired I was happy for him but I was going to miss him and three weeks ago we all meet up for lunch it was awesome day we have some laughs but my biggest moment was when he gave me the biggest hug and he said He was sorry he didn´t get to tell me by that day he left Kaman but he sure make up for it that day at lunch joe has a big heart full of love for everyone,he loves his family so much but his grandkids was his life he was looking to have nothing but fun with them,I know you´re hurting now but you have an angel to watch over you it takes time he´s always in your hearts you´re always going to remember all the wonderful years you spent together love and joy he has with each and every one of you thanks for allowing me to see his love I keep all of you in my prayers.Marcia Francis

Though life I have watch all of this and been part of some of it.
Joe shed light on all those he meet his smile the laugh and kindness.
Was a friend that you could call at any time he would be there?
I had the privilege of spending my life growing up with some one cared about other people
I had privilege of watching him and Ulana meet and their love grow to getting
Married to when Joanne and Stephanie were born. Watch them grow up with father that any
A child would love to have. When ever were together he would talk of his girls and grandchildren.
We would show each other photos of our grandchildren.
The world has lost a true soul one who made this a better place for all of us. His sprit will live though this children and grandchildren because of his love and guidance
I will miss my lifelong friend
