Kevin Perry Obituary

Kevin Lee Perry, Jr. (Mumbles), 31, was the beloved son of Cynthia Perry-Pyne and the late Kevin L. Perry, Sr. Kevin passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. Kevin attended Cognichaug High School in Durham, CT where he participated in many sports but excelled in track and field. Kevin had several jobs after high school but the one that he was passionate about was the commercial roofing job with CentiMark that allowed him to travel all over the east coast. Kevin is survived by his stepfather, David S. Pyne; sisters, Candace Perry, Tayna Clemons (pumpkin), Cherina Garrette, Anteia Henes, and Jasmine Perry. He is predeceased by this father, Kevin L. Perry, Sr. and brother, Christian E. Perry. A celebration of Kevin's life will take place on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 11am with a visitation from 10am – 11am at Crossroads Community Cathedral, 1492 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT 06118. Interment will follow at Silver Lane Cemetery, 1280 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT 06118.
