My deepest sympathy on your loss. I knew Kiran for over 33 years and worked closely with him for about the last 15 years until my retirement. Kiran was truly one of the good ones. He was a consummate professional but more importantly, a good and trusted friend. Although saddened by the news, I am also comforted to remember our friendship, the many things we experienced together and the many good times we had. He will always be in my prayers.

I want to offer my condolences to Kiran's family. I knew Kiran for many years working at Combustion Engineering, ABB, and Westinghouse. Kiran was a pleasure to work with and to have as someone who worked for me. I still remember going to lunch with him at Indian restaurants where he would explain the choices and give us recommendations. The world is a better place due to Kiran.
