LeeAnne Spearow Obituary



LeeAnne Spearow, 83, passed away on October 17, 2015 in Lake Mills, WI. She was the wife of the late Donald G. Spearow who predeceased her in death. LeeAnne was born on August 28, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Frances (Scott) and Ray Weiss. LeeAnne was raised in Dorset Ohio and attended schools in Elkhart, IN, graduating from Goshen High School in Goshen, IN. She resided in Litchfield, CT for 40 years. She enjoyed gardening, music, jazz guitar, nature and colonial history. LeeAnne is survived by her three children; Gail (Ron) May of Greenwood Village, CO, Patricia (Don) Dolph of Lake Mills, WI, and Gary Spearow (Ellen Deller) of Hollywood, FL, eight grandchildren; Brad, Scott and Anthony Spearow, Ada Dolph, Gwen (Garritt) Boettcher, Chet (Patty) Dolph, Erica (Max) Scherzer and Alley (Shayne) Guenther, five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Wisdom House, 229 East Litchfield Road, Litchfield, CT 06759.

She is my great grandma I never met her but by the stories my mom tells she sounds amazing.

I hope all memories of your mom will sustain you at this sad time.

I certainly will remember and treasure all the fun times we had from fifth grade in Dorset and through our years together. She was my best friend.
