Leonid Chudowsky Obituary
CHUDOWSKY, Leonid P. Leonid P. Chudowsky, 78, of Wethersfield, beloved husband of Valentina (Schiraj) Chudowsky, passed away on Monday, (June 7, 2004). He was born in Khodorkiv, Ukraine and has lived in the area since 1960. He was employed by Combustion Engineering as an engineer. Besides his wife, he leaves three sons, Victor Chudowsky and his wife, Naomi of Bend, OR, Walter of New York, NY, and Andrew of Bogota, Columbia; a granddaughter, Sophia; and a brother, Walter in the Ukraine. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 12, with a Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. in St. Volodimir Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 110 Russ St., Hartford. (All those attending go directly to church) Burial will be in South Bound Brook Cemetery, New Jersey. Friends may call at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield on Friday June 11, from 6-8 p.m. There will be a Panachyda Service Friday at 7 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Children of Choronobyl Relief Fund, P.O.
