The currency of education includes true caring, creativity, and selflessness. Peg embodied all of these things. Always a smile, usually a joke or two. When you went to her workshops, you left a better teacher and your students gained immeasurably. She will be greatly missed, and she prepared a generation of inspired teachers to carry on, a great gift.
