Mary Curley Obituary

Mary J. (Rennie) Curley, 75, beloved wife of Raymond P. Curley, died Monday (January 14, 2002). Born in Paisley, Scotland, the daughter of the late James and Helen Rennie, she had made her home in West Hartford the past 40 years. Mrs Curley was a communicant of St. Peter Claver Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by her five children, Helen Coleman and her husband, David of Glastonbury, Teresa, Stephen, and Kevin Curley, all of West Hartford, and Martin Curley of Simsbury; her granddaughters, Katherine and Emily Coleman; a brother, James Rennie of New York City, NY; and her sister, Agnes McClunie and her husband, Andrew of Manahawkin, NJ. Her family wishes to extend thanks to those people who gave her such skilled and loving care with special thanks to the staff at The Atrium of Rocky Hill. Funeral services will be Friday, 9:30 a.m. from the Molloy Funeral Home, 906 Farmington Ave., West Hartford, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m in the Church of St. Peter Claver, West Hartford. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 443 Franklin Ave., Hartford, CT 06114-2517.
