It's been 13 years. Wow. Debbie, our hearts are with and yours. Darn that man for leaving us, but he left the best parts of himself with you and the kids to live and continue the journey he so joyfully embraced. I hope you are well. We've moved to the shoreline but be in touch any time! XOXOXOX

As clients of Mr. Auger's, we were shocked and stunned to learn of his passing. In the few times my husband and I meet with him, he spoke very fondly of his family. Our hearts go out to you. May God keep you by his side. We thought very highly of him and wish you and your entire family the strength to carry on.

They say time heals but I find that hard to believe when it comes to man like Mike. Having worked with Mike for 15+ years I know one thing for sure he is not replaceable either as a friend or an attorney. He is and will be missed forever.

Debbie, I was shocked and deeply saddened to read the news today of Mike's passing in the local paper -- which has been on our counter for a week. He was the very best, finest of people, and the two of you such a fun special couple. I always enjoyed seeing you at the Wrights Wines tastings and have missed those regular encounters. James, I know, has also missed seeing Mike at the store. We hope the warmth, love and support of friends and family will help you and the children through this horrible grief. We will keep all of you in our prayers, and Mike's bright laughter, energy and joyful presence always in memory. Susan & James Millerick

I am honored to have been a Law School friend of Mike's, and I am deeply saddened by his loss. Somewhere in the depths of my closet is a "hoodie" that says WNEC Basketball Champs, which belongs more to Mike, and his knee brace, than it does to me. He was a steady friend, a great competitor and a decent man that will be sorely missed. I am sorry for your loss.

Mike and I started off our law careers at the same time in the early '80s - before faxes, e-mails and cell phones, which gave us alot of opportunities to just talk (and of course laugh) while waiting around the Hartford courthouse. We lost touch over the last few years but I'll always remember him as a man true to his word. May the Lord bless him and keep him, and grant him eternal life.

Psalm 71:20-21
Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.

I worked with Michael for years in Farmington and we quickly became fast friends. I remember Michael's smile, his caring demeanor and his charisma. He was a man that made you just want to be around him. Mike was always quick with a kind word, a joke or to just lend an ear if you needed it. Forever the advocate for people who could not help themselves, Michael uplifted the despondant, goaded the quitter, and sheparded the weak not because he had to but because he cared about people. My heart goes out to your family and I would like you to know Michael was a good honest and decent man. I will just end with these words of comfort

Psalm 73:26
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
