CHIASSON, Michael David
Michael David Chiasson, age 49 of Old Saybrook passed away on June 25, 2013. Michael was born in Middletown on Dec. 28, 1963. He is the beloved son of Bernard and Patricia (Giroux) Chiasson, who were by his side when he passed. Michael was predeceased by his brothers Joseph and Douglas Chiasson as well as many aunts and uncles. Besides his parents, he will be dearly missed by his niece Taylor Ann Mortimer; his grandniece Novah Skye Mortimer; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends as well as his mentor and good friend Reverend James Baker. Michael will always be remembered for his kindness and love for others.
Friends may visit at Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Road in Old Saybrook from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2013. www.swanfuneralhomeoldsaybrook.com. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. John Roman Catholic Church in Old Saybrook, following the visitation, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Westbrook.

i have so many fond memories of my cousin mikey!!.i remember our lawn mowing company ,when wr were ten,after a hard days work we would go to barkers and spend all our money,,we laughed so much growing up!!!..i always took his cheezit crackers!!.mike was always smiling!!..i love you mike...rest in peace...!!!i my dear prayers ti auny patty and uncle babe....

He was my friend for many years and I loved him. I have many wonderful memories of and with Micheal that I will carry for the rest of my days.Although it hurts, a lot, I know that he is resting in peace now and that he absolutely knew the Lord. My heart is with you Mr. and Mrs. C. God bless you.
