I was a member with mike in the on-line gaming clan [NSA].I played together many hours with mike and always found him to be a delightful person to share a common intrest with.He seemed to me to be a very compassionate and humourous soul.His passing saddens me deeply. I will pray for his family in their time of grief.

To all who mourn Mike's passing. He was a part of another family who loved him dearly. I am a member of his "Gaming Family" online. I just found out today, and feel the crushing blow to my stomach. Even in gaming with his Half-Life (the name of the game he played)family, he was the sweetest, kindest person around. Even when he was shooting at me, he was polite, if that is possible. I remember many good times, and will miss him greatly. May the Lord wrap His loving arms around Mike's family and friends, and may He pull them close to His heart. Just know that Mike touched the lives of so many people in the gaming world, and that he will always hold a special place in our hearts, forever!

Anna, Mrs DeFronzo, Michael: It is with saddness today that we learned of Michael's passing. What a trajedy. It must be very difficult for all of you. I have so many wonderful and fun memories of Anna, Mrs DeFronzo on her Lenox St. porch to greet all going by and always saving time to talk to Anna & Mike's friends. What a wonderful family, so warm and interested in every one. When I stop to think about it, that was 50 years ago when Marty and I first met at his senior prom at Weaver High School. On our rather frequent trips to " Our Social Club".......The Lenox Coffee Shop we would have to walk past Defronzo's home and then stop to visit. Things were easier then as none of us had cars. We all used the footmobile to access anywhere we needed to go. I have fond and loving memories of Anna and her sister Mary and Marty and I often talk about you and wonder just how we lost track of people we cared for. Well, through technology we at least know what towns you are in.

When you have sorted all that has happened out and do what you need to do. I hope you will find a moment to contact us here in South Carolina. It is 2460 Cotton Creek drive, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29466. We are 8 minutes from Charleston and we would love to have you visit when your head and hearts clear a bit. The Door will always be open and your room ready and we long to visit with old friends. Please send me Mrs. D's home address and that of Anna. We would love to reconnect. In the meantime our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.

Fondly,

Katie O'Leary McGuire and Martin G. McGuire (843) 971-5860 at Home or Katie's Cell (843)906-8728 and Marty's Cell (873) 906-8021

We are ready when you are,Sincerely

Fonz;

How I enjoyed our last conversation @ the Gen-X Court St. coffee shop last month - had I known it was our last I would have said a bit more - I will miss our annual water fight w/my alter ego "Nerdo" @ the Old Home Day'z parade. I regret I am now trying to enjoy myself in cloudy Florida and unable to comfort your family on their darkest day. You have all my blessings on your tragic loss.

Your pal, Chris Burt

Mike, You were a part of our life and family for many, many years. You were always the one taking the photos and never wanted to be photographed. But, as I was looking through old photos last night I found quite a few good ones of you. They brought back some great memories. My son-in-law, you have a special place in my heart and will always be in my thoughts and prayers. We will miss you very much.

Mike, you lit up the scene wherever you went. Even though it was my hand that clicked those pictures of the western sky, it was US who took them. Thank you for your generosity, friendship and spirit. We miss you & love you.

Peace, Brother.........

It is amazing how someone can make such an impact in people's lives in such a short amount of time. Most of us at Klekolo only knew him for less than a year, but it seems like he has been a part of our lives for a lot longer than that. He was a great friend and always knew just what to say to put a smile on my face when I was upset or stressed (which is basically every day) and he brought me Lindt's chocolate. Mike became family to most of us and we will honor his memory every day by keeping him close in our hearts and remebering how he touched us all in his own special way. He will be missed.

To the family:

I worked with Mike at Madrigal in the 90's. And ran into him from time to time around town. Will sure miss this. Deepest sympathies to all of you.
