Noel Perez Obituary
The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday November 30th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 10 Elm Street, Middletown. Burial with military honors will follow at the State Veterans' Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday November 29th from 5 to 7 pm. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown. Those who wish may send donations to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O. Box 5014 Hagerstown, MD 21741. My sincerest condolences to the Perez Family. I met Officer Perez as a baby, back in 1963 when I was born. He was good friends with my Grandparents being that back then, there weren't many Puerto Ricans in Middletown, he was a good man. May he rest in eternal peace.
