Dr. Sequeira was one of the finest educators I have ever met, it didn’t matter what your title was, he treated everyone with the utmost respect and he appreciated what we all had to offer in Waterbury.
May the memories that we all have of him live in our hearts forever.
Sending peace and prayers to his family.

There are no words to express my sadness.
Heartbroken that this giant of a man is gone.
He was such an incredible individual.
Education and Wendell Cross School biggest fan.
History will surely show that he gave so much to Waterbury.
He never truly was given the respect that he deserved.
To me, he was a special friend.
He was a supporter and someone that I could always count on.
We shared a dream and we made it happen. No one else could.
Rest now, my friend. You are at peace.
Until we meet again. Bette

Dr. Sequeira was always very supportive of our Japanese program at Maloney Magnet School in Waterbury. He came to every event we invited him to and was always kind and encouraging to us (the teachers) and the students. Sending thoughts and prayers to his family.
